Reep Green Solutions are using their connections to the community to transform the landscape in Kitchener-Waterloo, ON and surrounding communities with green infrastructure. Learn how they're doing it at this free webinar. May 30 at 10am PT/1pm ET/2pm ATRegister now! Stormwater runoff is a major contributor to flood risk and a pervasive threat to water quality. Green infrastructure, which manages rain close to where it falls, can mitigate issues related to urban runoff, as well as provide many other community benefits. However, in order to have an impact, green infrastructure needs to be implemented across the urban landscape – on both public and private properties. Not-for-profits, with their connections to community, are well positioned to support municipalities in implementing green infrastructure by engaging with the public. This webinar will showcase how Reep Green Solutions has been working with the Ontario municipalities of Kitchener, Waterloo, and other surrounding communities to engage the public on this issue, helping to transform the landscapes with green infrastructure.
